Lizzy's parents are

AKC/CAN/MEX/FCI Int. Champion Starkette Pride of Wincroft, ROMX (aka "BUSTER")
and
Champion Wincroft's Absolute Perfection (aka "ABBIE")
Both Buster and Abbie have received the respected CHIC CERTIFICATE,
which means they have been officially tested on
hips, elbows, knees, eyes and ears, heart and thyroid.
And all results are officially registered.
Of course they passed all these health tests with flying colors!
Lizzy has some of our most favorite dogs in her background:
First there is her dad "Buster" (Ch. Starkette Pride of Wincroft), see above
Buster's dam is
Champion Starkette Cookies and Cream, ROM,
bred and owned by Jan Stark *,
Cookie was the very first Havanese that went BEST OF BREED in 2000
at the prestigious WESTMINSTER SHOW in America.
*
Jan, "the grand dam of Havanese", passed away on June 18, 2006 ![]()
She was a friend, a mentor and a pillar of the breed.
She will be missed by many people, but never forgotten.
Thanks Jan, for all you did for the Havanese!
Lizzy's mom is Abbie (Ch. Wincroft's Absolute Perfection), see above
Abbie's sire is
Champion Smallhaven's Perfect Impresion, ROM,
the famous American corded Havanese, bred by Christina Fleece
and owned by Alice and Steve Lawrence and Judith E. Jones.
Max has multiple group placements, GROUP 1's and many BEST IN SHOW awards.
Last but not least there is a small part of the very best of our own breeding, as
Abbie's dam is
Champion Mucho Bravo Amore de Wincroft ("Aimee")
and Aimee's mother and grandfather are our own "Spekkie" and "Willy"

Multi Champion Mucho Bravo Spectacular Red and Multi Champion Mucho Bravo Wild Willy
We think these two certainly do not need introductions anymore :-)
WITH HER IMPRESSIVE BACKGROUND,
WE HOPE LIZZY CAN CONTRIBUTE GREATLY TO OUR BREEDINGPROGRAM
Lizzy has followed in the footsteps of her parents and grandparents already,
regarding a showcareer.
These are some of the ribbons she brought with her
when she flew with Mirabell to The Netherlands on August the 30-th:

She finished with all majors;
the first one on her first time out and her last one was a 5 points major.
All within 5 weeks of time!
Lizzy was professionally handled by Michele Johannes.

Lizzy's 1-st 3 points major

Lizzy's 2-nd 3 points major
At the Havanese Specialty August 28, 2005
she was entered in the "Best of Breed Competition"
where she had to compete with 26 champion bitches.
She made the cut three times in a row
and ended with the 7 best bitches that day.
Being only 7 months old she was by far the youngest girl there!

We are very happy with our Lizzy.
She is playful and enterprising,
incredible sweet and a real cuddler.
Lizzy fitted in here right away
and the "gang" accepted her too without a problem what so ever.
Thank you so much Barbara and Michele for this great little sweetheart!!!
THANK YOU...
for keeping her so long,
finishing her so fast
and all the work you did with her.
Getting an already housebroken,
very well raised,
sweet loving championgirl
has made it all só easy for us.
We just cannot express our appreciation enough for all of this.
We love our Lizzy dearly
and have since the very moment she arrived
Barbara and Michele have become very special friends
and we highly respect them as breeders.
We are proud we can represent WINCROFT HAVANESE in Europe!
