"Jojo is doing great,
the kids can do what ever they want with her,
everything is okay for her.
I think she is enjoying the old age,
although she is becoming less active.
We also have a rabbit now, they get along fine
the rabbit just walks all over her and she doesn't even blink an eye."

Wat zijn we daar blij mee! Een verademing!!
Harald vindt het vreselijk en zo zonde, maar hij is nog steeds ons Snoepie.
Mensen reageren verbaasd: heb je een ander hondje??
Hij blijft aanleiding geven tot veel gesprekjes met vreemden onderweg:
wat een prachtig hondje, wat een lief koppie, wat een schatje,
wat is dat voor hondje, wat is hij ZACHT!!!
Ik wil zeker zijn haartjes weer wat langer laten groeien, maar helemaal weer lang....
ik weet het niet, dit is zo fijn!!"

Gigi will be 12 years old next week!
"Op deze foto kijk ik niet al te vrolijk hè ?
Maar mijn vriendinnetje Dazzle is verhuisd en nu zie ik haar niet zo vaak als vroeger.
Vind ik wel heel jammer hoor.
In onze flat woont ook een nieuw hondje, maar die vind ik niet zo leuk!
Boris de boxer probeert wel lief voor me te zijn maar hij is zo wild en groot!
Maar er is wel een grote spetter in de buurt -een husky- en die heeft mooie ogen, ongelooflijk.
Als ik hem zie word ik helemaal wild en gedraag me als een verliefde puber.
Jammer dat ik hem niet elke week zie.
Ik word al een "oudje" zeggen mijn baasjes,
maar ja wat willen ze nou: ik word alweer bijna 12 jaar.
En dan moet ik volgend jaar ook mijn gebit laten doen, want ik ruik een beetje uit mijn bekje.
Het hoort erbij zeggen de mensen, maar ik vind het maar niets.
Zou het pijn doen denken jullie of word ik net als bij de mensen verdoofd?
Dat hoop ik dan wel.
Maar de dierenarts zegt dat ik er nog heel goed uitzie en dat ik een fit hondje ben,
wel lief dat 'ie dat zegt.
Mijn baasje vertelde dat mijn moeder Turbo ook al een oudje is van wel 14 jaar.
Doe haar maar de groetjes van mij en ook aan al die andere Hava's die ik niet ken."

"Hier weer eens een berichtje van ons.
Dit keer met actie foto's van de behendigheid.
Timo vindt het enig.
Vooral als het gaat om onderdelen met snelheid en hoog springen.
Dus de schutting, tunnel en de hoogte sprong.
De paaltjes vindt hij niks aan en de wip is ook niet z'n favo onderdeel.
Het is heel leuk om zo samen te werken.
Ik dacht dat het vooral goed zou zijn voor Timo,
maar voor mij blijkt het ook nog wel een hersenkraker te zijn, haha!
Je moet vooruit denken en het parcours onthouden en dan ook nog aan de goede kant uitkomen
zodat ik de binnenbocht neem en Timo de buitenbocht. Pfff....
Timo leert zijn angsten overwinnen.
Zo vond hij de tunnel bijvoorbeeld eerst heel eng en wilde hij er ab-so-luut niet doorheen,
maar nu vindt hij het één van de leukste dingen!
Het gaat nog steeds heel goed met Timo.
Hij is het liefste, leukste, schattigste en het meest fantastische vriendje wat iemand zich maar kan wensen.
En natuurlijk nog steeds nog een grote boef!!"

"What a sweet dog!
With a wonderful temperament.
Very sociable, present, lively, sweet, clever, cuddling.
He can run very fast, which is great to see.
The kids look forward to see him participating in the yearly havie-race.
He totally belongs to the family, we are not with the four of us but with the five of us.
And what do you do when Miew wants to go downstairs and Rakker upstairs?
Well, just sitting like this for half an hour.
Everything at the other side of the gate is also always very interesting.
When the quinea-pigs get new hay, he is always right there,
he loves to steal a straw.
Recently he was sitting on the arm of the couch next to the cage
(which is not allowed, but which he does secretly),
and all of the sudden he jumped into the cage,
which was exactly what he wanted.
Thank goodness the guinea-pigs could hide themselves.
It looked very funny though.
In the forest he gets along with other dogs really well,
and of course we get lots of positive reactions on him, especially what kind of breed he is.
