IN LOVING MEMORY OF OUR QUEENIE

Herwildy's Jimp Almira Queenie
FEBRUARI 3, 1989 **** JUNE 4, 1999

Queenie left for the Rainbow Bridge four months after she was diagnosed with lymphosarcoma. When we had to let her go, our vet came to our house and put her to sleep in her own safe surroundings. She died in our arms.
We miss her more than words could ever say.

She was with us for only ten years. We cherish the memories of these ten wonderful years she gave us, and that she filled with love, kindness and joy. She was our family member, and a wonderful faithful companion.

Queenie was the sweetest and most tolerant dog one could wish for. She was pure Golden, inside and out.
She was the type of dog that never gave anyone a reason not to like a dog. She was wonderful with everyone. And everybody loved her.

Queenie accepted every Havanese that joined "our gang". And all our Havanese loved and adored her, and wanted to be near her whenever they got the chance.

The same holds true with regards to our cats!

One of the many highlights she brought us, was her selection for the Dutch team to participate in the World Obedience Championships, Vienna, June 1996.

Life isn't the same without her anymore.
We buried her in our garden, so that we can feel we are always near her.
We will always love and remember our Queenie.

Queenie, living in our hearts forever.

In Memory

Into the world a golden streak of light appeared.
A small and happy ray, so full of life and hope,
Reaching out, as it grew and danced and played.
To many friends, all over the world,
What could it be, that brought with it
A spirit so powerful that it could make you smile?
And when it came close enough to touch,
Its glow filled many hearts with love and warmth
Through misty tears of pain -- many share the loss.
Yet beyond the shining memories always will remain,
That Golden streak of light......
